Dave Merchant Dave created The Merchant Team to expand on his real estate success and service to a larger area in the Northern Hudson Valley. With over a decade of experience, Melissa has been helping buyers and sellers successfully navigate the real estate market since 2012. Serving Greene, Columbia, Albany, and surrounding counties, she brings a strong work ethic and client-first approach to every transaction. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and a master’s in education from East Carolina University. Having lived in Maryland and North Carolina as the spouse of a former U.S. Marine, she offers perspective, dedication, and attention to detail clients trust.

Dee Meier is a lifelong Capital Region resident and proud Village of Coxsackie resident since 2007. She lives with her husband and two children and brings a strong background in business, leadership, and community service to her real estate career.
A Summa Cum Laude graduate of the College of Saint Rose with a B.S. in Business Administration, Dee spent 10 years at Albany Medical Center in leadership and coordination roles. She also holds a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR®)
designation and has been deeply involved in the Coxsackie community, currently serving as a Village Trustee, former Planning Board member, PTO President, and active volunteer with numerous local organizations.
With extensive local knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping people, Dee is dedicated to guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through a smooth and successful real estate experience.
